Worst experience in South America, left after 1 night. Met the worst people here. Rooms were dirty, bar was dirty, staff were semi helpful. Too many people here, the staff have zero control over the guests and continue to serve them alcohol even tho they can't walk.
Full of 18yr olds who are just a punish to anyone over The rooms were untidy and they didnt even change the sheets after the last guests. This caused a massive issue with the cleaners who accused us of lying. Staff double book dorm beds and when you complain they told us to sort it out ourselves.
Breakfast is literally 1 breadroll and butter. Staff are rude and most bar staff seemed more coked up then the tourists. So in conclusion it would be fine if you are 18 and wanted to get high every night and sleep all day.
It you are in your twenties or older and actually want to explore lap paz.. We had a good time at Loki for the most part. Our double room was located on the 3rd floor which was nice because we stayed on a weekend and got minimal noise from the partying upstairs when trying to sleep.
Its in a great location and the travel agency is great but unfortunately we had a few bad experiences. Everytime we ordered food it took a minimum of 40 minutes to get it, if at all. This includes one morning when all I ordered was cornflakes. Three out of the 4 of us also got food poisoning from the chicken ceasar salad on our 2nd night which wasn't nice. The last complaint we had was that they were renovating our floor during our stay so we had a constant headache due to the overpowering smell of paint and varnish.
