My wife and I ordered two separate spa packages pressure point and exotic Balinesian ritual at different times, since we have a baby with us. Our treatments were really relaxing. Good prices. The massage was ok. Before it I was given whole body scrubbing but the room was too cold to enjoy it.
The scrub could have been warmer too. There was an electric heater on, unfortunately it did not help to heat up the room. And also the sound it was making didnt help to relax. My wife and I went there together in September We had different treatments but agreed that it was extremely nice and professional all the way through.
Most importantly it had that nice exclusive atmosphere that makes you relax and feel well taken care of. I had a 2h SPA ritual and when it comes to the ritual itself - I was very satisfied, the girl massaging me was really good at it and I managed to relax very well. However, my experience was ruined by a receptionist. I was sure that the procedure I ordered is one of the "special offers" list but I did not receive a discount that was supposed to be there and just got weird explanations like "it's the next month, etc", although the offer was standing in front of my face on the reception table.
Anyway, I was too happy after massage to argue more but not sure if I am coming back there after that. This place really is a hidden gem. They have incredible value for money, a wide array of treatments, and it's generally a pleasant place. The staff are very accommodating, and were happy to let me use their private WiFi so I could book a taxi.
