I honestly not recommend this place. Together with my friend we traveled by car from Budapest to Montenegro, on the way we were visit interesting places, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Mostar, we were lose the way so we were get too late to pre-booked hotel.
Therefore, we started to look for something different and we found this hotel. The announcement fantastic hotel with great descriptions, in fact, the woman who opened was very unpleasant, she lied to the price of the room euros - per person , she called us prostitutes and even started a push and beat my friend and then she said, that our place is on the street.
We did not understand this situation because earlier we were told her our story. In addition, we were nice and we were did not look like prostitutes. We again recommend against this place. Very nice hotel in Mostar. Must be the only hotel in town with a parking option which is essential with a hire car. What this hotel lacks lift, patio doors didn't open it makes up for in hospitality, charm and space.
The rooms are enormous and come complete with a kitchenette. If I'm ever back in town this is the place for me. We went on a work related trip in april and the staff at Pellegrino made our stay fabulous. From the minute we walked in they took such good care of us. It startet whit a glass of the house specialty. And the room cleaning was very good.
The room standard is also very good. The breakfast was one of the best i had. I've been staying in this hotel for many years, from its beginning it could be said. I was fallowing for its development, renovations And for all this time the service was perfect, very nice, friendly, helpful staff.
